lor y Sabor is the brand with which Begoña sells the products of its sustainable garden. It is of recent creation (2015), but with extensive experience in agriculture, since her grandparents had an exploitation that later happened for her mother, and now she continues.
He likes that people who buy their products can know where they come from and watch them grow. It also obtains new varieties by exchanging seeds with other producers or buying them from companies that care for the one they produce.

Its sales channel is mostly direct sales, it makes baskets that the customer can pick up directly at the farm or receive them at home delivered directly by Begoña. You can also find their products in A Coruña, in “Lana Tienda de Lo leí Delicatessen” (C / Novoa Santos 36-38).
It produces seasonal vegetables and fruits (especially tomatoes and peppers), on a plot of 6,500 m2 and 250 m2 of greenhouses.
In spring there are always strawberries and leafy vegetables, the first tomatoes and some peppers, broccoli, peas and tirabeques.
In summer it has, above all, peppers of many varieties and also native ones like those of Padrón and Oímbra, tomatoes of more than 60 varieties, eggplants, beans, fruits of the forest, etc.
In autumn there are still peppers and tomatoes, and they reach pumpkins and the first leafy vegetables. Finally in winter there is to replace it, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, peas and tirabeques and could not miss the nabizas and turnip greens.
