Jorge Molina is an Agricultural Technical Engineer aware of respect for the environment.
After a long career as a consultant in the ornamental agriculture sector, and knowing the practices and objectives of modern agriculture, he decides to undertake a garden project based on the fundamental principles of agroecology, specializing in differentiated products for restaurants and hotels. . In short, a trusted garden for individuals and hoteliers who are aware of healthy, tasty, local, quality food that is respectful of the environment and our economic and social surroundings.
Enflor was born in 2019 in the O Sisto pile, in the place of LaEsperala, Paderne town hall. It works around 8,000 m2 of open-air surface and 800 m2 under cover, with the utmost respect for the soil and trying to generate biodiversity with the creation of diverse spaces for cultivation (orchards, fruit trees, aromatic plants and flowers) and areas of plants and hedges such as useful fauna refuge islands.
Enflor combines its crops with innovation and tradition, growing mainly microvexetais, microsprouts, young leaves, flowers as well as mangetout, tear pea, various varieties of tomato and pepper, kale, pack choi, pumpkins, couveflor, Swiss chard, spinach,…which it distributes personally in A Coruña, Ferrol and their surroundings.
The consumption of the pumping of the irrigation system and energy supply of the small office that it has on the farm are generated from photovoltaic panels.
